I would like to know if I can do my PHD after PGDIBO from IGNOU. If not what course can i opt after PGDIBO?
I am working as an executive in a reputed MNC. Pl. suggest a course that would be beneficial for my career.

Hi Rekha,
As rightly said by Aru to get admission in a PhD programme you need to have a Masters degree and yours is a Diploma programme. You can get MBA degree through IGNOU itself by taking extension of your programme, after which you would be able to apply for a PhD programme.

Hi,
Well to opt for PhD, you need to have masters in any discipline. So I may suggest you to go for MBA which is the most wanted master's degree that increases an individual's credential. Apart from attractive pay packets also offers lucrative career option.
