i would like to know if i downloaded the NICC application form online, should i print it out and then fill it with my own hand writing?

Yes, application forms should be printed, filled in by hand and sent as a hard copy to the address mentioned on the front page of the application form. If you have any other queries, you're welcome to write to us at admin@niccindia.org
