I would like to know if NIFT is providing diploma in fashion designing if not which is the best college to get diploma in fashion design

I am in bcom hon. 2nd year and would like to enter in fashion designing. Im looking for a government college to pursue diploma in fashion designing. Which college you would recommend. Or any private college with less fees but one of the best college? I have secured 80% in 12th board.
