I would like to know that if I get a civil engineering degree from Canada is it valid in india and do I get an engineer license in India.
I did my 12th grade in commerce stream, and I already lost one year, so my only option in india is to get a Diploma in civil engineering. However, I heard that in Canada I can do the course "construction technician" so after that I can get a engineering degree course from Canada itself.

As long as it is approved and recognized by the government of Canada, there won't be an issue.
