U should visit the official websites of the JEE and check the counseling schedule there. If u get admission it's good otherwise there are certain good colleges like Lovely Professional University, VIT Pune, NIT Raipur where u can get admission.

AS ur rank is not much sufficient to get admission in the top rank IIT's or NIT's. But on the basis of ur 12th rank get good scholarship in some of the top of the institutes/colleges in India which provide best placements and quality education. These are the institutes worth mentioning here;-
