i would like to know the procedure for me to join IGRUA 2012

respected sir,i wish to join IGRUA and do my CPL ,whereas i have already done my ground training,simulator and have SPL in DGCA approved flying club in Chennai...want to know is there any possibility for me to join IGRUA and if so let me know the procedures too...
