I would like to know the uni's which offer summer semester master courses related to mech engg in germany.pls comment on duisberg essen uni

I am a mechanical engg graduate. Pls provide me with the universities which offer summer semester master courses in Germany.I have taken up ielts, GRE and other german language courses. Also i want to know the reputation of Duisberg Essen University.Any help in this regard is appreciable.
