I would like to M.Sc in NTU and NSU of singapore

I have UG degree in B.tech- IT (69.53%) . i have interest to do M.Sc .so i need a suggestion which is best course (Bioinformatics or computing or Information Systems or Logistics ) to get good job opportunities in Singapore.
