I would like to quit my AIQ NEET seat and re-appear for NEET PG 2019. If I quit my seat, am I eligible to write NEET PG 2019?

I have written NEET PG 2018 and took general medicine PG seat under NEET PG counseling under all India quota, in the state of Telangana. Kindly reply at the earliest.
