I would request to provide the information regarding part time MTech (Bio-technology) in JNTUH-Hyderabad branch. Please provide the requirements on the subject. I have been completed my M.Sc (Chemistry) through corresponding mode by MKU university in year 2004 to 2006 year.

don't go for Mtech just go for PhD in chemistry it will be the best option for your career.
