Let me first tell you a new provision in CA course, a graduate can now directly enter the CA course and is not required to give CPT, these CA students can now directly start there 3 years training and is no requirement to first pass there group 1 of IPCC.
Now coming to your case, you are a graduate,

u can directly register for ipcc course with the institute and regarding the permission to do ur mcom alongwith ca u just have to fill a form at the time of registration asking permission of the institute to carry on one regular study course mcom alongwith ur ca training. and if u have ur college in

@KiranJoelle - All you got to do is go to the Inst. of Chartertered Accountants of India (ICAI) and register yourself for the course (I don't see any "easy way" out!). Since you are already through with your graduation & pursuing M.Com, you'll be able to grasp the concepts taught at the IPCC level.
