i am asking advice because i got confused when i heard that work culture in icici is not good.

Yes, i'm pretty agree with Devi's suggestion, but one thing keep in mind you are Engg Graduate so go for Engg job. one more thing your growth is much better in an IT firm in comparison a Bank

i hope you would have gud settlement in both fields. but based on job flexibility ICICI is better
