Iam a IT professional with Diploma education.A total of 10+2+3 years of education includes PU. Am I eligible to do MBA.Best institutions?

I have completed Diploma in Electronics & Communication. I have a 15 Years of education, 10+PU+Diploma ie, 10+2+3. My query is can I go for MBA? If yes, please help with good institutions, Fee structure, Course details. Is Distant learning having value? Please help.. Thanks in Advance.
