Hi Farukh,Although, there is no set prerequisite to do SAP, generally, it is recommended that you have minimum 1-2 years of technical experience or professional qualification like B.E, B.Tech, MBA, CA or equivalent credentials. However, even the fresher can do SAP. Different Institutes will have different modules and levels for fresher; you can start at a beginner’s level. For choosing a module I would suggest you to consult the various authorized centers of SAP. Hi Fahrukh,
The SAP HR functional consultant job is meant for only those people who have at least 2 years core HR experience. It is advisable for you to do a job in HR department preferably in generalist role for 2 years and then apply for the course. As a functional consultant, you will help HR department to customize SAP as per their need and the role is of more software support than the core HR professional.
If you wish to learn SAP just as an end user, better you choose a company where SAP HR is used for HRIS purpose. This will help you.
