Iam a student of clas 12....i've an ambition to be an IAS officer.... More over i want to switch over to arts after 12th.....please help..

Than whats the problem with this, you may join arts in graduation and after that try for civils as graduation is minimum ability for civils.

Ya, good and nice ambition, but if u r serious u should have a vast n vast knowledge related field best of luck, n join best art & humanities college and faculty. may allah bless u
