For taking admission to MBA. Your graduation should be completed. It is better to opt for a regular MBA. But if want to do distance MBA along with your job you can. There are many universities offering it. IGNOU is one of the best..

if you are a regular student than go for regular MBA.If you determined to continue for distance than do from IGNOU
