CS IS SUITABLE FOR U ND ALSO DEPEND UPON UR AIEEE AND IIT RANK -
See chetna, in current IT market if you are cracking IIT, or you are apprehensive that you can crack IIT in order to get good institute, then it is recommended that you should go for engineering. Otherwise go for some specialization like IT security parallely with your grad(engineering) As far as your point is considered i.e suitability for a female candidate, in any field you may do, but after your engineering try not to go in IT company.
