That's a very good decision if u want to be a Doctor after your B. Pharmacy degree. The lower age limit to sit for NEET is 16 years old but U should 17 years on December 31 of the admission year. And The upper age limit is 25 years old for general Category and 30 years old for the Reserved Catagory

No, you cannot get into AIIMS without NEET counselling. This is because, 100percemt AIIMS seats are offered through mcc all india counselling.
