Better decide whether you want to for technical side or management,,then you can choose your pathway accordingly, Most of the good UK universities will require 2 years of experience and IELTS for MBA,,, and you have wide range of technical courses in uk..

You can of course go for MBA in UK. I suggest taking GMAT is a wonderful option. You can go for career guidance and coaching in any of the institutes like Career Launcher, PT, TIMES, IMS,etc.
