Actually, there are plenty of such academies named after the late prime minister of India Rajiv Gandhi in different places in India. If you had mentioned the name of the place I would have given more definitive information but it's ok. Admissions for BSC in AME is based on the marks obtained in the class 12th exam. Though some institutes conduct their own entrance. You have done your diploma hence you must seek and obtain equivalent to 12th certificate from the institute from which you have done your diploma.
