iam doing final year b.com and also im done plus two scince with 54% .any marks l restriction for this exam upsc cdse where is ur centre

First of Correct your English. Your English is Very Poor. And there is no restriction of Marks for UPSC and CDSE examination. for both the Examination Just Graduation in Any Field is required.
