iam doing my B.E(eie).3rd year,after completing i want to do MS in my same stream.pls suggest me some courses and renowned universities

i have an aggregate of 65 %..my goal is to pursue my grduate in middle east..what is the procedure ? exams?and the fee structure in indian rupees
