Iam doing my B.Sc. CS so can l apply for MBA in hr or do I feel any difficulty with the topics and syllabus.

Actually, B.Sc. CS and MBA in HR, both are very different things. You may face different syllabus in MBA HR from B.Sc. In Science. So, If you are really interested in doing MBA HR, I will suggest doing BBA/BMS. It is quite important to choose only one field or expertise.
