Iam from india and my undergraduate exam results would be published by june. When would i apply? When would be classes begin ? Fees?

I recommend submitting the online application now at http://www.clarku.edu/graduate and you can submit your transcript when it becomes available. If you're applying for fall '14, classes begin in late August, if you're applying for spring '15, classes begin in January. Clark offers generous scholars
