iam getting 8407 rank in kerala entrance examination and will i get a seat in govt colleges in kerala??

Sounds resonably OK. My calculation says - if there are 30 colleges with average 300 seats then 9000 students can get admissions. This includes Govt as well as private colleges. You can do similar calculation yourself with your data and place your position or admission chances.
