iam interested in doing phd in political science in india. iam not eligible for jrf; which universities provide stipend for non jrf students

iam 29 years of age and interested in doing phd in politics and international relations here in india. i would like to know which universities provide stipend for students who are not eligible for jrf. i am doing my second year in M.A political science through distance education.

There are colleges/universities including deemed categories that conduct departmental tests to fill remaining seats. They will also offer opportunities for you to apply. Candidates will be inducted only if seats remain vaccant after JRF allotment. Contact the college/universities for possibilities
