You can always study it privately, all by yourself. I can suggest an excellent book ,which is sufficient for your needs It is MANWATCHING by Desmond Morris. Simply purchase it and start reading.
Thereafter, if you feel, you can go for a course in applied psychology or Transactional Analysis.

I think the study of people's body language and expressions or microexpressions should come under Psychology. In that case, at the undergraduate level, B.Sc in Psychology is an option. And I would suggest you to visit Social-Engineer.org, you might find something of your interest there.
