    Hi, first of all understand one thing very clear. SAP and Core HR job- both are two different things. When you work in HR department as an HR professional, you actually deal with the human being and when you work in SAP HR module- you deal with the HR people and the system so you are a kind of system support executive in SAP HR consultant role.
    If you like to interact with human directly, to help them, to develop and nurture then definitely SAP HR is not your career. But if you want to be a technical person then of course you can go for SAP HR. If you are thinking moneywise, yes, at some extent SAP HR consultant get more salary but for
