Iam passed 12 in 2013 and this year i secure 52458 rank in general category now what should I have to do get admission or preparation?

I secure 52458 rank in upsee in general category and.i want to know what should i do get admission in pvt. college or go for preparation again if i go for preparation then what problems I will have to face in future i.e. placement. and getting better college
