Iam rahul.which course is better for electronics diploma holder having 1 year experience in qc?

Sir, I am a electronics diploma holder having 1 year experience in qc(testing & inspection).i weish to learn more about qc.for that,which course is more suitable for me?what about NDT?should I get a better job in outside india after studying NDT? Pls.suggest:rahulrb4u@gmail.com
