Iam Rajesh, 6+ years of IT exp and looking to do my MBA in Australia or US. Could you please suggest me any tests apart from GMAT?

I have done my BE and looking to study in a Good university in Australia or US which has a good placement record. Could you please suggest me if i can take IELTS or any other test apart from GMAT and still get into the top 50 universities in US or Australia. Please help.
