iam student of scdl iam doing single course in human resource does it have any value on job market?

iam working as computer operator since 3 years and i completed b.a. with english and now im studying single course in human resource through symbiosis distance learning university so does i get job in hr feild after completing this course?? iam fresher in hr feild
