    IPS , Comes under UPSC Civil Services . To be an IPS you have to write UPSC exam and based
    on your score you can opt for IPS , IAS , IRS or IFS

    Hi,
    In order to become an IPS, you have to give the UPSC exams. For your preparation, I would suggest you to join a good coaching institute.
    For self study you can refer to books related to general awareness such as Manorama Year book, CSR, Pratiyogita Darpan etc.
