Sir, I am studiying engineering first year, iam really interested in passing one of the civil service exams so please tell me whether it is a right time to start my preparation for UPSC exams.if no then which is the right time to start the preparation ?

Yes you can start your ground work right now.Many students do the same.Just get to know in touch with guys who have folowed the same path and have got success.All the best Shashanth.The best for the enggg grads is that UPSC will include logical reasoning part ths time around n the prelims. Please se
