    Hi
Nanotechnology is essentially Engineering at the Molecular level i.e. Creating Machines at the Molecular level using various Tools like STM . Theoretically Nanotechnology can change the way present industry works but most of its development are still in Laboratory . Nanotechnology is a interdisciplinary Subject . If you are interested in Nanotechnology I would suggest Complete your Graduation in Physics Preferably in Engineering Physics from IIT Bombay then you can opt for Nanotechnology in your Masters .
    Wish you luck !
