    Its hard work and dedication that matters. Try to update your current affairs, Read Newspapers and Current affairs magazines, analyze events yourself and discuss with friends to share their views, decide on your prelims subjects and start early preparations . Communicative English deficiency can be made up in due course through preparatory programmes offered by various institutes.     I think English is not the barrier for IAS u Should have lots of Self Confident.
