sir/madam i applied civils for first time in 2012/i made a mistake while filling application,but not written prelims,can i change biodata next recruitment,does upsc stores my old records,if once registration through upsc that would be the final? zero attempts made by me

Hi,
A maximum of 4 attempts is permitted to every candidate and 7 to those belonging to Other Backward Classes. There is no restriction on the number of attempts in the case of SC/ST candidates.
As for your situation, if you have not written the examination, then it will not be considered. However
