    Hi,
You have a good profile, however as per your query as you are not a graduate, you may consider pursuing undergraduate degree in hospitality or hotel management and related fields.
While pursuing undergraduate degree in hotel management you opt for specialization in:
    - Front office.
    - Food and beverage services.
    - Food and beverages production.
    - House keeping.
All the four specialization fields mentioned above are the core departments in cruise or hospitality sector, so once you complete this course it will surely enhance your chances of getting job in cruise or hospitality sector.
