Dear rohit, It has value and it will be having value ICWAI was incorporated under the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 and was accorded statutory recognition with the objectives of promoting, regulating, and developing the Profession of Cost & Works Accountancy in India. In India cost accountancy is not much popular as in foreign countries but its an inseparable part of every manufacturing company.
