Id done BE in Power Eng.. I came to knw abt Patent Agent Exam. please tel me weather I'm eligible to appear in this examination as I'd nt done LLB & after successfully pasing dis examination, I'll b eligible to practice as patent attorney & weather I'll b able to do LLM in Intellectual Property law

Any engineering graduate from India is eligible to take this exam, after clearing you can register yourself as a patent agent :-)
You can also pursue LLB in Intellectual property from IIT Kanpur :-)
