Idid my Diploma in Electrical Engineering in 1996. Want to Persue Higher education In Engineering. I want to know Is there any University,Institute Providing Distance Learning in INDIA or abroad the Course. If it is in India, is it mandatory to have AICTE and DEC Approval for this course.
