Idone my BBA &PGDBA frm SCDL. I m working frm last 2.5 yrs in sales &marketing.Bt now I dnt wnt to do field job & wnt2 chng my career.

I hv done my BBA and Distance PGDBA frm SCDL. Nw working in Sales & Marketing frm 2.5 yrs. I m nw planning to quit field job. But confused to which career I shd go for. What are the courses tht will help me to hv better career growth. Please suggest.
