IELTS 6.5 band want to go nz

I have done HSC Science in 2009 , afterwards i gain certificate in CEH(ec-council ) , certificate from Bascom bridge (like IIHT) of Master in networking (2010-2012) , then job as lab technician (2012-2014) i want to go canada but they said ur file is not strong ,suggest me course for NZ or Canada,
