Integers involve positive and negetive numbers so all five numbers are -3, -1, 1, 3 and 5. those makes 45 on multiplication and for your question, anwer is 5 when they added.

There seems to be some mistake with the question.
See, factors of 45 are 1,3,5,9
45 = 1*3*3*5(repetition of 3 and hence not a valid case)
45 = 1*5*9(only 3 which means other two are 1 each and hence same, again not a valid case)
