If a Gujarat student completes his/ her NCTE approved B.Ed from other state then will it be valid in Gujarat for government. Teaching jobs?

If the B.Ed course is approved by NCTE, then the degree is valid all over India. To make it better for your career please. Do clear CTET exam. Best of Luck.
