If a person has to do B.Sc(Hons.) in chemistry then she has to clear all the 3 test of the entrance or only chemistry paper marks matter?

I am +2 pass out and just given JEE Mains.

There is a rank formed on the basis of exam + your 12th marks. Then, according to the rank, seat will be allotted.
