If a SC student get 19k rank, can they get a seat through JEE Main for any course?

SC rank- 19352 All over rank- 301384, Percentile- 74.

    There are about total 5681seats in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs. So category rank 19000 is not enough for getting a seat. However you may tryout the following colleges.
    1. FGIET Raebareli
    2. GKV Haridwar
    3. IERT Allahabad
    4. SLIET Sangrur
    5. UIET Chandigarh.
