If a student doesn't secure 60% in PCBE, can he fill AIIMS application form? I'm getting 58.5 in PCBE, will AIIMS accept me if I get a seat?

Nope. AIIMS is one of the best medical college in India. It is very hard to get admission in this college. Hence, minimum 60% of marks is required to get a seat in AIIMS.
