If a student get compartment in one subject .then does he can get admission in any "good" btech college ?

Dear may be some private colleges who offers BTech. may give you admission but if we will talk about government. colleges then i must say that admission is purely based on merit which you will get in AIEEE or any other entrance which you can only give if you have cleared all the subjects in 12th.
