    Yes, a student with a disability in memory or any other head-related disability can fill the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) form. The CLAT consortium provides reservations for persons with disabilities (PWD) as per the guidelines of the Government of India. Candidates with a disability of 40% or more are eligible for reservation and other benefits. While filling the CLAT application form, candidates with disabilities can select the appropriate category and upload the necessary documents to support their claim for reservation.
